How the math works
Percentage fees apply to the ticket price. Fixed fees apply once per ticket. We multiply that per-ticket fee by your expected volume to estimate the event total. If taxes, payment gateway charges, or add-ons apply to your quote, include them in the fee assumptions.
event fees = fee per ticket × ticket volume
Example: a 3% fee plus ₹2 fixed on a ₹500 ticket is ₹17 per ticket. At 1,000 tickets, the estimated fee total is ₹17,000.

Fee per ticket equals ticket price multiplied by the percentage rate, plus the fixed fee per ticket. Total event fees multiply that result by expected ticket volume.
