How do I get my tickets after purchase?▾
You’ll receive a confirmation by email, and your passes appear under My tickets in your account. Show the QR at entry.
Can I transfer or resell a ticket?▾
Transfer rules depend on the organizer. Check the event page and your order details—if allowed, you’ll see options there.
The event was cancelled. What now?▾
Refunds follow the organizer’s policy. We coordinate with them on cancellations and will communicate next steps to ticket holders.
Who sets ticket prices and fees?▾
Organizers set the base price. The checkout page shows any platform or processing fees before you pay—no surprises at the last step.
Do I need an account to buy tickets?▾
Yes—you sign in with email, phone OTP, or Google before checkout. That keeps your tickets linked to you and easy to find under My tickets.
What payment methods do you accept?▾
We support major cards and local payment options depending on your country. Available methods appear at checkout before you confirm payment.
I didn’t receive my confirmation email. What should I do?▾
Check spam or promotions first. If it’s still missing, open My tickets while signed in—your order should be there. Still stuck? Contact us with your registered email or phone.
Can I use my ticket on my phone, or do I need to print it?▾
Digital QR tickets on your phone are usually enough. Some venues may ask for ID matching the ticket name—check the event page for entry requirements.
Can I get a refund if I can’t attend?▾
Refund eligibility is set by each organizer. Review the event’s refund policy on its page or in your order confirmation before requesting a refund.
What is a convenience or service fee?▾
It covers platform and payment processing costs. Organizers set ticket prices; any extra fees are shown clearly on the checkout page before you pay.
How do I find events in my city?▾
Use Browse Events or the city selector in the header. You can filter by category, date, and location to narrow results to what’s near you.
What does “Request tickets” mean on an event?▾
Some events require organizer approval before purchase. Submit a request with the details asked for—you’ll be notified if approved, then you can complete checkout.
Is my payment information secure?▾
Yes. Payments are processed through trusted payment partners. We don’t store full card details on our servers.
How do I contact the event organizer?▾
Organizer contact details are often on the event page. For booking-specific questions, include your order ID when you reach out through Contact us.
Can I use a promo or discount code?▾
If the organizer enabled promo codes, enter yours at checkout before payment. Invalid or expired codes will show an error before you’re charged.
What if I lose my phone before the event?▾
Sign in on another device and open My tickets to access your QR again. For account access issues, contact support with proof of purchase.
Why was my payment declined?▾
Common causes include insufficient funds, bank security blocks, or incorrect card details. Try another method or contact your bank, then attempt checkout again.
Can I buy tickets for someone else?▾
Usually yes—enter the attendee name if the checkout form asks for it. Some events require ID at the door, so use the name of the person attending.
How do I update my email or phone number?▾
Go to Profile or Account settings while signed in. If you can’t access your old contact method, reach out to support so we can verify and help you update it.
Are events on Roaming Events official and verified?▾
We review organizer listings, but each event is run by its organizer. Always check date, venue, and ticket terms on the event page before you buy.
