2. Third-Party Booking & Tickets

- Roaming Events may request reasonable proof of authority (for example, official email domain, ticketing dashboard access, social media verification, or business documentation) before approving a claim.
- Submitting a false or fraudulent claim may result in account suspension and further action.
6. Takedown & Correction Requests
- If you want this listing removed, corrected, or restricted, email contact@roamingevents.com with:
(a) the event name and Roaming Events URL;
(b) your relationship to the event (organizer, venue, rights holder, or authorized agent);
(c) a clear description of the issue (unauthorized listing, inaccurate information, IP infringement, cancelled event, etc.); and
(d) supporting documentation where available.
- We aim to review good-faith reports promptly and may remove, hide, or update listings at our discretion without prior notice.
- For copyright complaints, include identification of the copyrighted work, the infringing material, your contact details, and a statement of good-faith belief that use is not authorized.
7. Cancellations, Postponements & Changes
- Event schedules, venues, lineups, and ticket availability may change without notice.
- Roaming Events is not responsible for changes, cancellations, or postponements made by the organizer or third-party platform.
- Always confirm final details on the official booking page before you travel or purchase.
8. Assumption of Risk & Liability
- Attendance and participation in live events involve inherent risks. You attend at your own risk.
- To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Roaming Events, its affiliates, directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any loss, injury, damage, dispute, or claim arising from:
(a) your use of this listing or reliance on its information;
(b) your dealings with the organizer or third-party ticketing platform;
(c) event cancellation, postponement, or changes; or
(d) any third-party website, payment failure, or ticket issue.
- Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
9. Indemnity
- You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Roaming Events from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of this listing, your violation of these terms, or your interactions with the organizer or third-party platform.
10. Governing Terms
- These discovery listing terms supplement Roaming Events' general Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy available on roamingevents.com.
- If there is a conflict between these discovery terms and the third party's booking terms, the third party's terms govern your ticket purchase and attendance.
11. Updates
- Roaming Events may update, suspend, or remove discovery listings at any time without liability.
- These terms may be updated from time to time; the version displayed on the event page applies when you use the listing.
